    Schools are responsible for ensuring that student accounts are used appropriately and under supervision where required.

    3. Account Registration and Responsibility

    To access certain features of the platform, users may be required to create an account. Users agree to:

    • provide accurate and complete information during registration
    • keep login credentials secure
    • notify the platform if unauthorized access occurs.

    Schools are responsible for managing administrative access to their institutional accounts and ensuring that authorized personnel use the platform responsibly.

    Schools control the information entered into their SchoolPaddi accounts, including student records, academic data, and parent contact information. Schools are responsible for ensuring that:

    • the information they upload is accurate
    • the data complies with applicable privacy regulations
    • they have appropriate authorization to manage student information.

    SchoolPaddi provides the infrastructure for managing this information but does not verify the accuracy of school-provided data.

    5. Acceptable Use

    Users agree not to misuse the platform or engage in activities that may harm the system or other users. Prohibited activities include:

    • attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
    • distributing harmful software or malicious code
    • uploading false or misleading information
    • interfering with the platform’s functionality or security.

    SchoolPaddi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

    6. Payments and Financial Transactions

    Certain features of the platform may allow schools or parents to make payments such as school fees or event-related charges. Payment processing may be handled by trusted third-party providers.

    SchoolPaddi does not store sensitive financial card information and is not responsible for payment processing errors originating from external payment providers. Schools are responsible for defining their own fee structures and payment policies.

    7. Learning Resources and Academic Content

    SchoolPaddi may provide curated learning materials and examination practice tools, including past questions related to national examinations conducted by:

    • Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board
    • West African Examinations Council
    • National Examinations Council

    These materials are provided to support student learning and exam preparation. SchoolPaddi does not guarantee specific examination outcomes or academic performance improvements.

    8. Platform Availability

    SchoolPaddi strives to maintain reliable service availability. However, occasional interruptions may occur due to:

    • maintenance activities
    • system upgrades
    • internet service disruptions
    • circumstances beyond our control.

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, design elements, and platform functionality associated with SchoolPaddi remain the intellectual property of the platform owners unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce platform components without authorization. Schools retain ownership of the data they upload to the platform.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    SchoolPaddi provides its services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for:

    • data inaccuracies entered by schools
    • user misuse of the platform
    • financial decisions made by institutions based on platform data
    • service interruptions beyond our control.

    Schools remain responsible for verifying critical operational information.

    11. Account Suspension or Termination

    SchoolPaddi may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

    • violate these Terms
    • misuse the platform
    • attempt to compromise platform security.

    Schools may also request account closure at any time.

    12. Changes to These Terms

    SchoolPaddi may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the platform or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
